So, we changed tactics: we rolled up our sleeves and built it ourselves. Enter Matchbox Virtual Spaces, our fully customizable, user-friendly, and engaging virtual event technology. Production
Your sessions are the core content pieces of your event, and we’re here to make sure they shine!
Whether they’re going live or recording their sessions in advance, we help your presenters succeed in the virtual environment. Recordings are coordinated and led by members of our team who provide feedback and guidance to speakers along the way, then edit the footage to remove mistakes and to add transitions, music, videos, or other embellishments to the final product. We’ll also set up rehearsals for live speakers, and can elevate their livestream with branding elements and banners to keep their presentations visually engaging.

It brings the authentic benefits of a physical gathering to your face-to-face audience, while maintaining the flexibility and ease of access championed by virtual events. Unfortunately, when planning a hybrid event, it’s all too easy to wind up sacrificing one audience’s experience for the other. That’s where our Tri-brid Model comes in!

We’re constantly cooking up innovative solutions for virtual event design, and it all happens in a Space we call the Matchbox Kitchen!
You can visit the Kitchen to flip through our cookbook, a thoughtfully categorized compilation of “recipes” for sessions, each one complete with descriptions, lists of ingredients, and instructions for perfect preparation. Or, if you have an idea of your own simmering on the back burner, come co-create with us in the Test Kitchen where we’ll stir up new recipes together!
